Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist with financial reports, tax filings and invoice management.
• Monitor cash flow, costs and financial risks.
• Coordinate with accounting firms, suppliers and the headquarters finance team.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Brazilian accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Portuguese is preferred; English or Chinese is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics or multinational companies is preferred.
