Talenses Executive is partnering with a global company in the Medical Devices industry to identify a Commercial Director – Brazil, for a strategic leadership position reporting directly to the CEO.

This executive will lead the company's commercial operations in Brazil, driving business growth, organizational transformation, and commercial excellence across multiple business segments and sales channels.

The mandate combines strategic leadership with strong execution capabilities, focusing on accelerating revenue growth, improving profitability, strengthening customer relationships, and developing sustainable recurring revenue streams through effective installed-base management.

We are looking for a seasoned commercial executive with a proven track record in leading leaders, transforming sales organizations, and delivering sustainable business results in complex, competitive environments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive “business to business to patient” commercial leadership experience, preferably within Medical Devices, or adjacent Healthcare Technologies sectors, combined with strong business acumen, a growth mindset, and the ability to navigate multinational and multicultural environments.

Advanced English proficiency is a must.
