About the position
Do you see opportunities in the way work flows—and know how to turn analysis into lasting operational change?
Join a global supply chain Logistics team to lead a portfolio of Process optimization and continuous-improvement initiatives across different countries and markets. You will combine end-to-end process mapping with disciplined project management, governance, and benefits tracking — connecting Global Process Owners, Zone teams, Supply Chain Centers, Business Units, and Country stakeholders to design practical operating models, deliver transitions, and sustain improvements in service, cost, productivity, and control.
Main responsibilities
- Lead a projects portfolio. Build and manage the roadmap for multiple process-optimization projects, clarifying scope, objectives, milestones, owners, resources, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Map and optimize end-to-end processes. Document current and future-state Supply Chain and Logistics processes; analyze activities, handoffs, decision rights, controls, systems, and performance to identify waste, failure points, standardization opportunities, and automation needs.
- Run structured assessments and business cases. Establish fact-based baselines for volume, service, cost, productivity, capacity, capabilities, and risk; compare feasible options and quantify costs, benefits, assumptions, and implementation implications.
- Design target operating models. Map stakeholders define process ownership, roles, governance, service interfaces, location assessments, transition scope, and ways of working.
- Own project controls and reporting. Maintain integrated plans, schedules, decision and action trackers, resource and budget views, change control, and concise status reporting; surface variance early and drive resolution.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams. Align process owners, project managers, Operations, People, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax, Technology/Solutions, Data, and Change partners around clear deliverables and decision gates.
- Drive continuous improvement. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, root-cause analysis, and practical problem-solving to convert findings into prioritized initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Govern performance and benefits. Define KPIs, baselines, targets, data sources, and benefit owners; build dashboards and review routines to monitor service, cost, productivity, adoption, risks, and realized value.
- Lead transition and adoption. Coordinate readiness, knowledge transfer, process documentation, training, communications, cutover, stabilization, and corrective actions while protecting business continuity.
- Prepare executive governance. Develop decision-ready presentations and recommendations for Global and Zone leaders and steering committees; record approvals, assumptions, trade-offs, and follow-up actions.
- Strengthen the PMO toolkit. Maintain reusable standards, templates, process maps, governance routines, lessons learned, and portfolio views to improve consistency and execution across future project waves.
What we require
- Technical skills and experience:
- Typically 3–5 years of professional experience, including substantial experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, transformation, or project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams, with strong planning, scheduling, dependency, risk, issue, resource, and change-control disciplines.
- Strong process-mapping and analysis skills, including current/future-state design, requirements gathering, root-cause analysis, and translating findings into actionable improvements.
- Working knowledge of continuous-improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, and structured problem solving; certification is an advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoi
